With a bit of science and a bit of hard work, you can grow food wherever you want.
Take the case of the movie martian but that’s not what I mean entirely. Now we have new technology and systems that help us grow food indoors like hydroponics and grow lights.
I guess the only thing that you couldn’t avoid, would be the low gravity.
Everything else you can just build a high tech greenhouse for.
They used to think that low gravity would effect how plants grew, but it looks like plants have other ways to work out where to put their roots out and which way to grow, so I think there’s really nothing stopping them!
The only other problem then, is how to make sure you can reuse all the compost and old bits of plants, over a long period of time. Living is space means you have to be very good at recycling!
