• Question: what is more healthier, an apple or a bannana?.?

      ooooh I like this one!

      Well, both have lots of fibre and natural sugars,and bananas also have a lot more starch than apples.

      This means they have a higher glycemic store, which in English means they raise your blood sugar much more quickly.

      They both have lots of vitamins, but of different types, and bananas have more minerals in them, such as potassium.

      So, I’d maybe say that banana is healthier overall, but either is a great option for a snack!

      Ooh good question! I’d agree with Mark, but it’s never quite as simple as which one you should have, as you need to think about your diet as a whole. It wouldn’t be healthy to eat just bananas for example. Best way to do it is to try and eat a rainbow, i.e. fruit and veg that are different colours. So you both apples and bananas would be good as they’re different colours.
