Ooh good question! I’d agree with Mark, but it’s never quite as simple as which one you should have, as you need to think about your diet as a whole. It wouldn’t be healthy to eat just bananas for example. Best way to do it is to try and eat a rainbow, i.e. fruit and veg that are different colours. So you both apples and bananas would be good as they’re different colours.
