• Question: what kind of things do you do in your daily life ?

      Hello

      I talk to my partner who is in India, discuss work with my advisor and colleagues in my lab. I read papers, conduct workshops, goto field trips, do research, write down findings, write a paper, goto conferences in different countries.

    I spend a lot of my free time in the forest or at the beach – my husband’s a photographer so he likes to scout out new locations. And I just like being outdoors 🙂

    My day time work is really varied. I could be testing in the lab to see what effect a food has on an athlete, or measuring a sportsperson’s body composition, to find out how much muscle or fat they have, or running a cooking session teaching athletes how to make sports drinks or good recovery snacks. And I do a lot of teaching university nutrition students. Every day is different!
