      Hi there, great question. The most unusual thing I have eaten is probably fried piranha that I caught myself!

    I’m always after ways of sneaking veg into foods so that people are eating more healthily than they think they are (I’m mean like that! ;-)) Sweet potato brownies or chocolate muffins with courgette and carrot in are pretty good!
