      It doesn’t directly make you better, but it has has lots of nutrients in it. So it can help replace the ones you might lose if you’ve been sick, or help you restock them if you haven’t eaten much. And it’s easier to drink food than it is to eat it, so you’ll get more in you if you don’t have much of an appetite. That’s why its such a good think to eat if you’ve been ill.
