Seconded. Also fruit juice is actually kind of bad for you, because of the high sugar.
Stick to whole fruits and water!

Mark – it’s the same as smoothies. 150ml is fine, but you don’t want more than that. We can’t get rid of smoothies or juices all together or some people would literally get no fruit in their diet! It’s about making sure that you have it in small amounts.

How about dried fruit mixed with water? Just a thought! Because in india we have a lot of vitamin c rich fruits that we dry and powder and use them as health drinks.
I love my smoothies 🙁 but good to have a check that they are not as healthy I thought they were.
