Yeah, I suspect from your username there is only one answer – of COURSE I like skittles.
Did you know they can be really good for giving an athlete energy if they’re doing a lot of training? If you’re doing sport for more than an hour you need some sugar to keep your energy levels up. The best way to do this is to eat / drink something sugary you like. So with you, I’d probably recommend skittles 🙂 I’ve known people run marathons on Percy Pigs!
