  But seriously, it depends.
  
  If it’s just normal food poisoning, I would stay at home and drink lots of water and salts to keep me healthy, and stay near a toilet!
  
  If I didn’t get better after a few days, or I started to feel really ill, I would call for an ambulance to take me to the hospital and get me checked out.

Oh, you also have to stay away from work or school until 2 days after you’re ill, so you don’t pass it on to someone else!

I have to say though, some of those drinks you get to stop you dehydrating after food poisoning are REVOLTING. Maybe that’s how they work – your body makes yourself better to avoid drinking them 😉
