Well, it depends what you mean.
For example, a grape is much safer to drop on someones head than a coconut, so it’s much healthier for them 😀
But if you mean how good is it as a foodstuff, I’d probably say coconut.
Grapes are basically little balls of sugary water, but a coconut is a big bigger and has more structure to it, and has more vitamins and minerals. Plus, coconut oil and coconut water are supposed to have other health benefits too, but I don’t know much about that!
