      I’d run days for school kids where they could come into my work and learn about how food can make you better at sports (lets be honest, anything where you can eat at the same time as learn is a good thing in my book).

      I’m really interested in finding out if chillis can make you run faster, so it would involve that – probably not eating an entire vindaloo before making them sprint cos that’s likely to end in someone chundering…. I’ll save that experiment for my colleagues to do…. 🤣
