Question: why would you like to investigate grassland

Grassland is used to produce much of the milk and meat that we drink and eat. It’s a good way of producing milk as feeding grass to cows is generally better for the environment than feeding them grain or other feed.
The other reason for studying grassland is that they do lots of other things for us like filtering water so it’s clean to drink, storing water so we don’t get so much flooding and providing habitat for many of the birds and animals that we like to see or just like to know that they’re there!…
